With Baguio City, the Philippines' Summer Capital, becoming more and more saturated during vacation time (Christmas Season and the Holy Week), local tourists are looking for other alternative vacation spots. SAGADA, with its cool climate and pine sceneries seems to be a choice, A BETTER ONE, and and an increased flow of local tourists have been observed the past ten years.

The tourist town of Sagada in the northern part of the Philippines is a town unique for its natural and man-made attractions. Though one of the smaller towns of Mountain Province, Sagada which mostly used to attract foreign tourists, is now a favorite destination amongst Filipinos. Amongst its man-made attractions, the Rice Terraces and Hanging Coffins leave visitors enthralled.

However, there are more than 7,000 reasons to explore the parameters of this archipelago, taking into account its profuse land and marine resources and myriad sanctuaries.
